Stephanie Anderson 

Ms Anderson has over 20 years experience in seniors housing and health care real estate experience.  Prior to founding SilverStone, Ms Anderson was CAO, Seniors Housing for Health Care REIT (NYSE:HCN).  While there she led the acquisitions teams to achieve accretive growth of over $7 billion in assets.  She managed the operating investments and asset management team, overseeing the performance of over $20 billion of hospitals, MOBs, seniors housing and other healthcare real estate.  Prior to HCN, Ms Anderson was Managing Director for GE Capital Healthcare Finance, Real Estate Equity.  She earned her undergraduate at Auburn University and her MBA from Georgia State.


Steve Walling

​Mr.Walling has over 20 years experience in the operations and asset management of seniors housing.  Prior to SilverStone, he was responsible for growing Summerville Senior Living into a take-over target for Emeritus, the largest public senior housing operator.  He continued with Emeritus, expanding his acquisition expertise through his executive role, working with BlackStone, Apollo and other capital groups. After Brookdale moved the Emeritus offices to Nashville, Mr. Walling focused on SilverStone and their growth model.
